Section 3(1)(x) in The Assam Administrative Tribunal Regulations, 1977

(x)"Register" means an officer who is appointed by the Government to discharge functions of the Registrar of the Tribunal and includes any other person who is for the time being entrusted with the functions of the Registrar by the Chairman of the Tribunal.
