Section 14 in Gujarat Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1963
14. Suspension or cancellation of licence.- The Wild Life Preservation Officer or any other officer authorized by the State Government in this behalf may, subject to any general or special orders of the State Government, without giving any previous notice but for reasons to be recorded by him suspend or cancel any licence granted under this Chapter.
