Section 2(o) in The Jaunsar-Bawar Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1956
(o)"zamindar" means, as respects any land, the proprietor of land or of a share therein; [and] [Added by U.P. Act No. 12 of 1965, Section 38 (ii) and shall be deemed always to have been added.]
