(4)Register of staff. - Every contractor shall maintain a register in Form 'K' of all Supervisors, wiremen and apprentices employed by him. Such registers shall be open to inspection on demand by the Electrical Inspector to the Government or his representatives. No person whose name is not entered in such register shall be considered to be on his wiring staff.
