Section 18(12) in The West Bengal Homoeopathic System of Medicine Act, 1963
(12)to appoint such number of inspectors for the inspection of institutions teaching Homoeopathic system of medicine as the Council may deem fit on such terms as the Council may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, determine;
