1. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks a direction to the respondent no.2 - Director General of Foreign Trade to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 23rd November, 2016 seeking deletion of the petitioner's name from the denied entry list maintained by respondent no.2 and also on the authorities being satisfied issuing a necessary Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) in respect of the two Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) licenses.

2. Mr. Mishra, learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 on instructions states that the petitioner's application dated 23 rd November, 2016 would be disposed of expeditiously and for that purpose a personal hearing has been fixed on 10 th October, 2018. The parties are agreed that the petitioner's would attend the office of the respondent no.2 on 10th October, 2018 at 11.30 pm. in support of its application dated 23rd November, 2016.

3. Needless to state that on conclusion of the hearing the respondent no.2 would dispose of the application dated 23 rd November, 2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three weeks from 10th October, 2018.
