(3)(i)Any revocation of the appointment of an election agent shall be signed by the candidate and shall operate from the date on which it is lodged with the Returning Officer in Form-XI A;(ii)In the event of such revocation or of the death of an election agent the candidate may appoint in like manner another person to be his election agent; and when such appointment is made, notice thereof shall be given in the manner laid down in sub-rule (1).
