Section 2(44)(c) in Kerala Land Reforms Act, 1963

(c)agricultural lands interspersed within the boundaries of the area cultivated by the said person with plantation crops, not exceeding such extent as may be determined by the Land Board [or the Taluk Land Board, as the case may be] [Inserted by Act No. 35 of 1969.] as necessary for the protection and efficient management of such cultivation.
