Section 3(2) in The Land Ports Authority of India Rules, 2011
(2)The Member (Planning and Development) and Member (Finance) shall be of the level of Joint Secretary to the Government of India and the Member (Planning and Development) shall be chosen from amongst persons who have special knowledge and experience in the field of Planning and Development and the Member (Finance) shall be chosen from amongst persons who have special knowledge and experience in the field of finance and commerce.
