Section 12(2) in Chhattisgarh Legal Services Authority Rules, 2002
(2)The Officers and other employees of the High Court Legal Services Committee shall be entitled to draw pay and allowances in the scale of pay indicated against each position in Schedule-B to these rules, or as fixed by the Chief Justice.
