1. The present petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed seeking extension of the mandate of the learned sole Arbitrator, who is adjudicating disputes between the parties under an agreement to sell dated 19.07.2014.
2. Issue notice. Ms. Jasmine Sahni, learned counsel, appears on advance notice, and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4. Although the respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 6 were also represented Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SHITU NAGPAL Signing Date:22.02.2023 19:15:15 O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 47/2023 Page 1 of 2 before the learned Arbitrator through counsel, Mr. Akhil Sachar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the learned counsel appearing on their behalf before the learned Arbitrator has informed him that he no longer represents the said respondents.
3. In this view of the matter, notice may be served upon the respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 6 by all permissible modes at their addresses mentioned in the memo of parties. Dasti service, in addition, is also permitted. Affidavit of service be filed within one week after service.
4. Ms. Sahni states that she has no objection to the relief sought in this petition, although the contents of the petition are not admitted by her clients.
