Section 6(2) in The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Rules, 1958
(2)Clause (i) of sub-section (2) of Sections 85, 87,89, 90, 91 and 93 in Chapter XII of the Chota Nagpur Tenancy Act, 1908 (Bengal Act VI of 1908) shall not apply.
