16. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:(i)The Senate,(ii)The Syndicate,(iii)[**] [The word 'The' was deleted by Bombay 52 of 1950, Section 14.] Faculties,(iv)The Council of Post-graduate Studies and Research,(v)[**] [The word 'The' was deleted by Bombay 52 of 1950, Section 14.] Boards of Studies, and(vi)such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
