- Any such Collector may also order all the persons in the employ of the ward, or all persons who were in the employ of the deceased proprietor from whom the ward has derived his property, to attend before him;and may order any persons to deliver up any accounts, papers or moveable property belonging to the ward, or any accounts or papers relating to the ward's property, which the Collector has reason to believe are in such person's possession.and may order all holders of tenures and under-tenures on such property to produce their title to such tenures and under-tenures.
