428. Suspension of an Advocate in certain cases.
- Any person, who having been admitted as Advocate shall accept any salaried appointment, or shall enter into any trade or business or shall advance money on interest to any person resident in the district or districts in which he practises or shall acquire any interest in any pending suit, or in any property in respect of which suit is intended to be brought in the State shall give notice thereof to the High Court, which may thereupon suspend such Advocate from practice, or pass such orders on it, as it may think fit.The notice shall be given through the Presiding Officer of the Court, in which he ordinarily practices.
