Section 15(1) in The West Bengal Preservation Of Historical Monuments And Objects And Excavation Of Archaeological Sites Act, 1957.
(1)Subject to such rules as may after previous publication be made by the State Government, the public shall have a right of access to any State-protected monument maintained by the State Government under this Act.
