60. Contempt in facie Curiae.
- Where a contempt as contemplated by section 480 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, is committed before the Court, the Judge or Judges before whom such contempt is committed may take cognizance of the offence and deal with the offender under the provisions of that and subsequent sections of that Code.
