Mr. K. M Hosain...for the Petitioner It has been represented before me by Mr. Hossain, learned Advocate for the petitioner that Hon'ble Justice Aniruddha Bose is in seisin of petitions concerning similar issue raised herein i.e. whether the School Service Commission can deny recommendation for appointment as Teachers expressing doubt in respect of authenticity of certificates certifying the petitioner as 'Physically Handicapped'. Hearing is in progress and the writ petitions have been heard-in-part by His Lordship.
In view thereof, it would be proper not to hear this petition separately. The same stands released from the list.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to take steps for analogous hearing of this petition with the other petitions.
