Section 108 in Selected Statutes (Statutes framed under the Bombay University Act, 1914)
108.
If any person in the service of the University be appointed the Registrar, he shall be entitled to whatever leave has become due to him at the time of such appointment subject to the maximum leave permissible under statute 107.
