(2)Upon such repeal the provisions of section 8 of the [Telangana] [Adapted by the Telangana Adaptation of Laws Order, 2016 issued in G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] General Clauses Act, 1891 (Act 1 of 1891) or as the case may be, sub-section (5) of section 3 of the [Telangana] [Adapted by the Telangana Adaptation of Laws (No.2) Order, 2016 issued in G.O.Ms.No.46, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] General Clauses Act, 1308 F (Act III of 1308F) shall apply.
