Section 113(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)Applications for subdivision of land for utilising selling, leasing out or otherwise disposing off as referred to in clause (a) of Sub-section (1) of Section 16 shall be made to the Authority in Form-II.
