(ii)The annual allotment of grants to the different divisions and to the schools under the control of the Inspectress shall be made at a conference of inspecting officers. The Director will calculate approximately on the basis of the existing scales of expenditure the grants needed for the schools under the control of the each officer and the amount of money likely to be available for new schools or enhanced grants during the forthcoming year. The Regional Deputy Director of Education and Inspectress will send the lists of the schools which they desire to add to the list of aided schools. At the conference, a list of sanctioned projects will be made and an allotment will be made for the schools under the control of each Regional Deputy Director of Education and the Inspectress, having regard to the scale of existing expenditure and the money available for new projects.
