Section 14(1) in Faridabad Complex (Regulation and Development) Act, 1971
(1)all balances and credits of the Municipal Committees and Gram Panchayats [of the municipalities and Sabha areas respectively specified in Schedule 1 of this Act] [Substituted by Haryana Act 10 of 1975 and shall be deemed to have always been substituted w.e.f. 15.1.1972.]; and
