Section 55(2) in Travancore-Cochin Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1950
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, suits or other proceedings by or against the Executive Office of the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple or the Travancore Devaswom Board shall be instituted in the District Court having local jurisdiction.
