Section 13A(2) in Andhra Pradesh Borstal Schools Act, 1925
(2)The State Government may direct any inmate of a Borstal school in this State to be transferred to any Borstal school or other school of a like nature in any other part of India;Provided that no such transfer shall be made without the consent of the Government of the other State concerned.
