Section 8(9)(a) in Haryana Electricity Reform (Transfer of Distribution Undertakings from Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. to Distribution Companies) Rules, 1999

(a)The Personnel shall be employees of the relevant Transferee Discom in terms of the Transfer Scheme and shall be entitled to all the service benefits of such Transferee, from the Effective Date; and
