Section 62(1) in The Orissa Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1958
(1)No person shall do business in any [market area] [Substituted vide O.G.E.No. 794, Dated 3.8.1996.] as a broker, weighman, measurer or surveyor except under a licence granted by the Market Committee.
