Section 18(5)(j) in The Orissa Boilers Rules, 1970

(j)when an inspection under the Act is completed, the Inspector shall prepare a declaration in Form B-2 appended to these rules in column 8 in which the limit of working pressure shall be clearly noted and shall forward the same with application to the Deputy Chief Inspector or Chief Inspector.
