Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that
in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may
be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the
nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for F.No.AIIMS/MG/Registra r/2025-records
pertaining to Order vide 26/M I SC/ARC/86 dated 01/07/2025 passed by
Respondent No.3 and quash the same after declaring and declare them as
illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of
Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the
Official Respondents to permit the Petitioners to pursue their respective MBBS
courses in Respondent Nos.2 and 3 institutions.

circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High
Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to permit the Petitioners to
pursue their MBBS course by attending classes and practical examinations

Office Order dated 01/07/2025, vide proceedings in

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and
affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of the High Court dated
14.07.2025, 13.08.2025, 18.09.2025, 25.09.2025, 07.10.2025, 05.11.2025,
19.11.2025, 21.11.2025 & 01.12.2025 made herein and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of Sri
P.Ponna Rao, Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1, and of Sri
Jupudi.V.K.Yagnaduth, Standing Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 and
the Court made the following;
ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner requests time. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has expressed urgency in the matter.
Post the matter on 11.12.2025.
Interim order granted earlier is extended till then. However, it is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
