Section 15(b) in The Goa Fruit and Ornamental Plant Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1995
(b)obstructs any officer or person in the exercise of any powers conferred or in the performance of any duty imposed upon him by or under this Act, he shall on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with both.
