Section 30(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(1)The draft licence shall contain the following particulars:(a)A short title descriptive of the proposed utility together with the address and description of the applicant and if the applicant is a company, the names of all the directors of the company;(b)Type of licence applied for;(c)Locations of the proposed service area(d)A description of the proposed area; and(e)Such other particulars as the Commission may specify.
