14.Amendment of section 15.
In section 15 of the principal Act,—(i)after the words "signature of the Chairperson", the words "or Member-Secretary" shall be inserted;(ii)for the words "signature of an officer", the words "signature of Member-Secretary or an officer" shall be substituted.
