Section 106(4) in The Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(4)The authority giving a direction, or suspending, cancelling or varying a permit under sub-rule (3) shall send intimation of this fact to the authority or any other region in which the permit is valid by virture of countersignatures or otherwise.
