Section 2(l) in The Delhi School Education Act, 1973
(l)"Local authority" means,-(i)in relation to an area Within the local limits of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, that Corporation;(ii)in relation to an area within the local limits of the New Municipal Committee, that Committee;(iii)in relation to an area within the local limits of the Delhi Cantonment Board, that Board;
