(3)A copy of the minutes of each meeting shall be circulated by the Member Secretary or any other officer of the Commission not below the rank of Deputy Secretary duly authorized by the Member Secretary to all members of the Commission for information and also to concerned officers and employees of the Commission for preparing 'Action Taken' note thereon.
