Section 16(1) in Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University Act, 1999
(1)The Examination Controller shall be appointed by the State Government in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service, and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be prescribed.
