Section 28(1) in Amended Bye-Laws of the Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited
(1)If within half an hour of the time appointed for the General Meeting, the quorum is not complete, the meeting, shall if it is annual General Meeting stand adjourned to the 16th Day (counted from the date of adjournment) at the same time and place:Provided that if the meeting has been called on the requisition of the members of the General Body, it shall stand dissolved in the absence of the quorum within an hour of the appointed time.
