Qualifications as laid down by the National Council for Teacher Education under the provisions of sub-Section (1) of Section 23 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 (Central Act. No. 35 of 2009), from time to time and must have" passed the REET/RTET.Qualifications as laid down by the National Council for Teacher Education under the provisions of sub-Section (1) of Section 23 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 (Central Act FJo. 35 of 2009), from time to time.and(i) for the teacher of Social Science, the candidate must have passed the graduation or equivalent examination with at least one subject as an optional subject from amongst History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration and Philosophy;(ii) for the teacher of Mathematics, the candidate must have passed graduation or equivalent examination with Mathematics as an optional subject;(iii) for the teacher of Science, the candidate must have passed graduation or equivalent examination with at least one subject as an optional subject from amongst Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology, Micro-Biology.
