130. Laying of rules and regulations before State Legislature.
- All rules and regulations made under this Act shall be laid, for not less than thirty days before the State Legislature in its first ensuing session as soon as may be, after they are made and shall be subject to such modifications as the Legislature may make during that session or the session immediately following.
