Section 11(1) in Jharkhand Excise (Country Liquor Manufacturing, Bottling and Storage) Rules, 2018
(1)the next period of license shall not exceed a period of one year and will ordinarily be for period of one year unless otherwise specifically directed by the Excise Commissioner for reasons recorded in writing.
