11. Conversion, division, amalgamation or merger of a self-supporting co-operative society.
- Notwithstanding any conversion, division, amalgamation or merger, as the case may be, of a self-supporting co-operative society, its rights, privilege, obligation or liability shall not be affected and any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of such right, privilege, obligation or liability shall continue against the resultant self-supporting co-operative society.
