Section 29(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965
(2)The Board shall prepare and forward to the Commission an annual report within three months from the end of the financial year giving a complete account of the funds received by the Board from the Commission and activities carried on by the Board from and out of such fund during the previous financial year.
