JUSTICE KANWALJIT SINGH AHLUWALIA Order 11/05/2018 The present petition has been filed by the husband under Section 482 Cr.P.C. He is aggrieved against the order dated 2.3.2017 passed by the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhalrapatan, whereby maintenance to the extent of Rs.9,000/- per month was awarded in favour of the respondent wife and two minor children.

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-2081/2018] The order passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhalrapatan has been affirmed by the revisional court below.

Two courts have already applied mind to the facts of the case. Except factual submission, no legal arguments has been raised. No patent illegality or infirmity is discernible in the orders passed by the two courts below. This Court being third court will be hesitant to interfere, especially when the present petition tantamount to second revision, which is barred by the statute. No exceptional circumstances have been divulged to cause interference.

Consequently, the present petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
