Section 4(ii) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(ii)All existing colleges or institutions affiliated to State universities(except the institutions affiliated to deemed University) on the date of commencement of this Act, imparting Technical Education or Education coming under the purview of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, shall be affiliated to this University.
