Section 42(3) in Bihar Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1980
(3)(i)Where workmen of both sexes are employed there shall be displayed outside each block of latrines and urinal and notice in the language understood by the majority of the workers reading 'For Men only' or 'For Women only', as the case may be.(ii)The notice shall also bear the figure of a man or of a women as the case may be.
