Section 94(5) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(5)When, subsequent to action being taken in respect of any resolution under sub-section (3) or (4), but before the minutes recording the resolution are singed as required by sub-section (2), any alteration is made in the wording of such minutes, the alteration shall be notified by publication or communicated to the [Prescribed Authority] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 7 of 1949.] and the District Magistrate, as the case may be.
