Section 31 in The Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014
31. Promotional measures.—
The appropriate Government may, in consultation with the Town Vending Committee, local authority, planning authority and street vendors associations or unions,promotional measures of making available credit, insurance and other welfare schemes of social security for the street vendors.
