            17.05.2017.
.No.56/rc
                                         W.P. No. 14344(W) of 2017
All India Customs and Central Excise Group-C Officers Association & Anr.
                                                  Versus
                                          Union of India & Ors.

Mr. Bharat Bhushan - for the Petitioner

Mr. P. Dhuduria - for the State

The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents are seeking to hold a

meeting of an organisation, which he is not entitled to. The petitioners' complain that the respondents no. 5 and 6 should withdraw the permission of the meeting ,if there be any.

The State-respondents are represented.

Inspite of service none appears for the respondents no. 5 and 6. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the record.

Apparently there is a dispute amongst the members of an organisation. It has not been established in Court that, any authority under Article 12 of the Constitution of India is instrumental in taking any steps in the dispute infringing any rights of the petitioners in any manner whatsoever. No legal right of the petitioners is demonstrated to be infringed by any action by an authority under Article 12 of the Constitution of India for a Writ Court to intervene.

In such circumstances, I am not minded to intervene in the writ petition. W.P. No. 14344(W) of 2017 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
