Section 67(f) in West Bengal Municipal Corporation Act, 2006
(f)sums payable-(i)under orders of the State Government on failure of the Corporation to take any action required by the State Government, or(ii)under any other law for the time being in force, or(iii)under any decree or order of a civil or a criminal court against the Corporation, or(iv)under a compromise of any claim, suit or other legal proceedings, or(v)on account of the cost incurred in taking immediate action by any of the municipal authorities referred to in section 9 to avert a sudden threat or danger to the property of the Corporation or to human life;
