(7)In case of loss of Identity Card, a duplicate Identity Card shall be issued by the Special Tahsildar (Social Security Scheme) on an application made by the registered member concerned and on payment of rape twenty. The said amount of rupees twenty shall be collected by the Village Administrative Officer and the collected amount remitted to the fund by means of demand draft through the Special Tahsildar (Social Security Scheme). The Receipt Book as specified in Form XIV, Register for issue duplicate Identity Cards shall be maintained by the Village Administrative Officers.
